A Flamingo's Retreat ~ October 15 - 17, 2021

I REALLY want you to be part of this…it brings me such joy to see the women at my retreats laugh together, cry together, learn together, and leave having filled their hearts and souls. I want that for you as well.

Rates include two nights / three days with five meals:

Friday | Dinner

Saturday | Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Sunday | Brunch. (Light continental breakfast will be available for early risers).

Linens are provided as well as soap in bathrooms and showers, but no other toiletries are included.

We will start promptly on Friday at 1 pm. It is very important to be part of this first session as it sets the tone for the entire weekend. You may check-in as early as 12pm/Noon.

The rate for this magical weekend is just $497 per person based on double occupancy / shared room:

$200 surcharge for a single/private room. Limited space offered on a first registered first confirmed basis.

A non-refundable $75 deposit is due to hold your spot.

Full payment is due 90 days prior (July 15, 2021).

A multi-payment option is available! Send payments as you wish as long as:

  • Each payment is a minimum of $75.
  • You have paid at least $200 by May 30.
  • You have paid in full by July 15.

To keep things as simple as possible and give you lots of options you may pay whichever amount you wish (as per above) using any of the below options listed in order of preference:

Now before you do, if it’s your first time, you’ll want to look at the different houses available. Go to this venue page to see what they look like and for a brief description.

At this point, I’m only planning on using the Main House, Lydia House, Farmer Lodge, and Grace Cottage.

Most of the meetings will take place in the Main Lodge where we take our meals as well.

The tea and pajama party will take place at Lydia House. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you not choose Lydia House if you want to get to bed early on Saturday night because the PJ party gets loud! So, think of it as the party house and choose accordingly!

Lastly...would you prayerfully consider contributing any size donation for scholarships? 

This retreat is such a special gathering and yet some of the women who most need it do not have the means to pay for it. 

If you feel inspired to contribute to the scholarship fund, please submit any payments per the formats listed above and note in the comments "scholarship". Scholarship funds will be divided among the women who have requested it. If you or someone you know is in need of a scholarship please let me know.

This is not an official non-profit agency, but I would be happy to email a letter that may serve as a record of your donation and state that no goods or services were provided, in whole or in part, for this contribution.
